The annual
fee violation M-93-074 has now been abated and no further action will be taken
to revoke your permit in this matter. Please make note of the anniversary
date of September 7, 1994 for the 1993-94 reporting period. The annual fee
and report for this mining and reclamation operation are due on or before the
anniversary date each year, until this operation is completely reclaimed and
the reclamation bond is released in its entirety, to avoid violations, civil
penalties, possible permit revocation, and forfeiture of the reclamation bond.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact this office.
Sincerely,
Barbara D.
