The annual <br />fee violation M-93-074 has now been abated and no further action will be taken <br />to revoke your permit in this matter. Please make note of the anniversary <br />date of September 7, 1994 for the 1993-94 reporting period. The annual fee <br />and report for this mining and reclamation operation are due on or before the <br />anniversary date each year, until this operation is completely reclaimed and <br />the reclamation bond is released in its entirety, to avoid violations, civil <br />penalties, possible permit revocation, and forfeiture of the reclamation bond. <br />If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact this office. <br />Sincerely, <br />Barbara D.
