Dept. of Natural Resouree~ <br />Section 34-32-ZZO(4) of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act requires that <br />Re: File No. 80-143 <br />". the Operator shall annually file, on the anniversary date of the <br />permit, a. Notice of Intent to Continue Mining Operations. The Notice <br />of Zntent shall contain an annual fee of 550,00 and a map or statement <br />that shall indicate: (a) the Land affected during previous year; <br />(b) the Land to be affected during the coning year; and (c) any land <br />reclaimed during the preceding year." <br />Based upon our records, the anniversary date of your operation is October 27 <br />and annual fees for the year(s) 1982 totalling S 50.00 <br />are due on that date. <br />If your records indicate different facts, please inform this office as soon as <br />possible; othenrise, we will expect to receive the annual fees as reouired by <br />the statute on or before your anniversary date. Also, please include the <br />requited Notice of Intent to Continue Mining Operations to bring the Division <br />up to date as to the progress of mining and reclamation on the site. If you <br />cannot include these materials with the fee, please indicate how soon we should <br />expect to receive the materials. <br />Please complete and return the enclosed form with your fees and reclamation <br />data. <br />If you have any questions, please contact our office. <br />Sincerely, <br />r.
