This pit HAS NOT been granted a Temporary <br />Cessation and it HAS operated more than 180 days this year. This <br />111.20 acre ± pit is not a phased operation and the current bond <br />is $40,800.00. The facility is located in Adams County. The <br />Denver Water Board has owned the property for 4 years and are <br />working on the property as we mine. <br />Please refer to the Annual Report Map for items discussed in <br />this report. We will deal specifically with each of the Annual <br />Report requirements as outlined in Rule 1.15 of the Rules and <br />Regulations and the Annual Notice Letter. <br />(1) No new area was disturbed this year, and we continued to <br />mine material from the bottom of the lake area.
