Please refer to the Annual Report map for the location of
areas discussed in this report. The Financial Warranty for this operation is $14,950, the
permitted area is 46.08 ac. ± and the reclamation plan has 3 mining
and reclamation phases. The processing
equipment is located in Stage 1 at the base of the mine face.
Along the south side of the mined area we established the slope
from the old ditch setback to the bottom of the pit. The river
protection berm along the north side of Stages 1 & 2 is complete
where there is a chance the river could be affected. We will
continue to extend the berms as mining progresses. These berms are
topsoil stockpiles and are shown on the map (gray). The total area
disturbed to date remains unchanged from last year at 8.98 acres ±.
The CKP Ditch was relocated (Stipulation #1) this year and the
plans were approved by the Board on April 21st, 1993, the Spill
Prevention plan (Stipulation #2) was submitted.
~~a~~~
5
