Re Annual Report, McCoy Pit, MLR Permit No. 81-88
Our files indicate that the anniversary date for this permit
is December 12, 1983. This annual report will be for the
period December 12, 1981 to December 12, 1983, or two years.
we will deal specifically with each of the Annual Report
questions as outlined in Section 2.41 of the Rules and
Regulations.
2.41 (1) No new lands were affected in the past two
years. Mining has continued in Phase I as
outlined in the permit application and approved
by the Board. See the Annual Report map
attached for location of Phase I.

new acreage will be disturbed in the next year.
The deposit of scoria is such that we are mining
approximately two feet per year off the top of
the cone and thus not disturbing any new acreage in
the process. See the attached map for location.
