The terms of <br />the aggrement specified that Mr. Bartz was responsible for requ red annual <br />permit fees, and various other reports required by Federal. Sta e and <br />County Regulatory Agencies. <br />Initialy, Aggregrate Sand and Soil, Inc. was located at 9800 E. 96th Ave., <br />Henderson, Colo.; but later relocated all Management Personnel o the Gravel <br />Pit, and subsequently changed the P.O. Box Number without notif ing the <br />Permit Holder, who was on an extended business trip, or notifyi g other <br />agencies who should have also been informed. <br />Obviously the terms of the lease agreement were not complied wi h, and <br />action has been taken by the Permit Holder and property owner reclaim <br />the property and existing equipment. <br />We respectively request that the Hoard reconsider reinstating r permit <br />and not revoking our Bonds.
