This pit HAS NOT been granted a Temporary Cessation and it HAS operated more than 180 days this year. The Financial Warranty for this operation is $55,400 the permitted area is 170.70 ac. ± and it is a single Phase operation. The annual fee of $688.00 is attached. Please refer to the Annual Report Map, for locations of the areas discussed in this text. We will deal specifically with the Annual Report requirements outlined in Rule 1.15 and the annual report form. (1) Mining was completed in the western lake this year and it has begun to refill. We continued to mine in the area east of the Plant Site as shown on the map. An additional 6.80 acres ± was partially mined in 2002. Back filling continued from last year so a total of 1,50 acres is complete. The scale and office were moved to this area also. The topsoil stockpile (brown) contains approximately 21,000 YD' and is located east of the entrance road along the south property line. We continue to mine the slopes 3h to lv so that no sloping will be necessary when the lake fills with water. We are still using the Plant Site and it contains gravel stockpiles, the concrete casting beds, and the office facil- ities. (2) Reclamation was completed on the above water and below water slope on the north, west and south sides of the west lake area last year. Filling of the silt pond on the north end of the Plant Site is still being filled with fines. It will be reclaim as a wetland area when full. The lake has par-
