Long <br />Division Dnecror <br />The purpose of this letter is to acknowledge receipt of (August 11, 1997), and to comment on, the <br />subject sedimentation pond [Rule 4.05.6(13)] and refuse pile [Rule 4.10.2(2)] reports. <br />Please provide the Division of Minerals and Geology with an approximate: schedule for the <br />maintenance work required on Ponds SH-P 1 and 9-P3. <br />A more appropriate reference might be Rule 4.10.2(2) in-lieu-of 4.09.1(11) on the refuse pile <br />inspection reports.
