(BMRI) - San Luis <br />iLE MOONWN <br />D COMPANY <br />November 28 - 29 and December 6 - <br />Enclosed are the analytical reports from Core Laboratories for the <br />bi-weekly water samples collected November 28 - 29 and Liecember <br />6 - 8 and 19 - 20, 1994 as specified in the April 1992 Abatement <br />Plan. The cross-reference table between sample identification <br />numbers and sample locations is attached. As specified in TR-006, <br />calculated free and wad cyanide values for the process point <br />samples are enclosed. <br />No deviations from the sampling QA/QC protocols, TR-006, were <br />noted for any of the samples collected. Wells M-9, M-12, M-13, M- <br />13R, and M-14 were sampled. Samples were collected at surface <br />water station RS-5. Duplicates were collected at M-12 and M-9 for <br />quality control. Field blanks and rinse blanks were coniducted as <br />part of the field quality assurance program. The five process <br />points were sampled.
