Long, Drrector <br />Division of Minerals and Geology <br />Department of Natural Resources <br />1313 Sherman Street, Room 215 <br />Denver, Colorado 80203 <br />Re: Permit M-77-300, 112 Annual Report and Fee <br />Dear Mr. Long: <br />Pursuant to Section 34-32-116(3) and 34-32-116(4) of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation <br />Act, C.R.S. 1973, as amended, enclosed are the 112 Annual Report and Fee for the Cotter <br />Corporation Schwartzwalder Mine, Reclamation Permit M-77-300, <br />This report serves as Notice of Intent to Continue Mining Operations. The location and <br />amount of affected acreage in 1995 remains as presented in the 1983 permit amendment <br />application. There have been no new areas reclaimed since the 1994 Annual Rapport, <br />however, an updated copy of the map depicting the affected area is included with this report. <br />Pursuant to Colorado Mineral Rules and Regulations Rule 1, Section 1.15(1)(a), the level of <br />financial warranty for this operation currently stands at $383,183.00. The adequacy of this <br />warranty remains under joint review by the Division of Minerals and Geology acrd the Cotter <br />Corporation (Cotter).
