Sanborn Creek and Elk Creek Mines. The contents of this report are submitted to <br />satisfy the requirements of CDMG Rule 2.04.13 Annual Reclamation Reports. In addition, we <br />have also included an executed CDMG, Annual Reclamation Report for the Year 2006 form. <br />Location and numbers of acres disturbed durine 2006: <br />Elk Creek Mine -gob vent boreholes and roads 10.36 acres <br />Location and number of acres of areas backfilled and eraded during 2006: <br />Elk Creek Mine -gob vent boreholes and roads 3.41 acres <br />Seed Purchases: <br />Seed was purchased from Granite Seed Company, Lehi, Utah. Attached are "Letters of <br />Certification" for seed shipped on 8/22/2006 and 10/27/2006 <br />Weed Control <br />Eazly thistles, houndstongue and Whitetop were sprayed by a contractor using Telar and Banvel <br />herbicides in accordance with the label requirements. Late thistles, houndstongue and Russian <br />knapweed were sprayed with a mixture of Vanquish and Redeem herbicides in accordance with <br />the labels. Areas sprayed included general disturbance areas such as road cuts, wazehouse <br />storage areas, pond outslopes, etc. <br />Seeded reclaimed areas located in the Bear Creek and Hubbard Creek azeas were spot sprayed <br />for bindweed with Redeem herbicide in accordance with the label requirements. <br />• Page 1 <br />
