Enclosed please find a report form
that Western Fuels will be using in the future. These
records will be maintained by our Environmental Technician
at the Deserado Mine. Please contact him to inspect any
further reports.
To date,54,468 tons of coal waste has been placed in the
refuse area from our preparation plant. In order to begin
constructing lifts, Western Fuels is investigating various
types of compaction equipment to be purchased this year.
When the new equipment arrives we will begin compaction
of this area.
If you Have any questions concerning this matter, please
feel free to contact me.
Sincerely,
Tim Chervick
Lab/Environmental Technician
cc: Mike Weigand
Tommy Raye
Wayne Heilmann
