The Division requested as a result of 1993 ARR review that TCC
label each topsoil pile on future reclamation reports. This
was not done as requested. Please indicate the topsoil piles
for Foidel Creek by their appropriate label on future maps
(1995 ARR and after). Also, the topsoil piles should be
stippled on the map to indicate they are TCC liability.
2. Also as a result of 1993 ARR review, the rock dust tank was
identified as excluded by the Division and subsequently added
back to Table 1 by TCC. Once again, this has been excluded
from Table 1, Reclamation Summary. The rock dust tank should
be included in Table 1.
Please correct the information as appropriate. If you have
questions please call me.
Since~r ly~~u"fi~^^-
Ke~~: A, /1j6/,orham
Environmental Protection Specialist
