Location and number of acres affected. during that year -, 1 acre <br />was affected during 1988. See map for location. 0.8 was mined; <br />0.2 acres beginning of reclamation. <br />2. Location and number of acres reclaimed from February, 1988 through <br />1989 - 0.2 acre was backfilled and sloped along shoreline. <br />3. The location and number of acres in various stages of reclamation <br />- See Number 2 <br />4. The species of vegetation planted, the location and approximate <br />dates of planting - No reseeding took place during 1988. <br />5. The type and approximate quantity of fertilizers, organic <br />materials, or soil conditions used and location of use - N/A <br />6. An appraisal of the success of reclamation efforts, and in the <br />event of failure of any efforts, a short narrative on the <br />suspected or determined causes of such failure - N/A <br />7. Estimates of the location and number of acres to be affected in <br />the coming year - Estimated one acre to be mined during 1989. <br />8.
