Vert. <br />U-13 0.315 0.514 <br />U-14 0.610 0.150 <br />U-lv 0.742 0.254 <br />Regarding the above deviations, we monitored this year with a <br />more experienced crew and different equipment than was used <br />last year. We feel mast of the discrepancies can be <br />accounted for in quality of field work and accuracy of <br />equipment. This is only the second year these stations have <br />been monitored. Accumulation of data will furnish a better <br />base on which to detect movement. <br />Stations U-13, U-14 and U-15 have been replaced with new <br />monuments consisting of 3-inch diameter steel pipes with a fl- <br />inch square top and a 5/8-inch bolt. These new monuments <br />will be used for all subsequent slope stability monitoring on <br />Bear Mine No. 2. The stations and coordinates are as <br />. follows: <br />
