I have <br />responded as per the original question number. Please respond to <br />the following issues within 30 days of receipt of this letter. <br />1. This response was adequate but this information needs to be <br />incorporated as part of the subsidence report itself rather <br />than as a response to our question. On future reports, please <br />include this information as part of the subsidence report. <br />2. Map 17 should depict topography for future subsidence reports. <br />3. Response accepted. <br />4. For future reports, include the explanation of columns, <br />Elevation Difference, Diff. between Monuments, and Difference, <br />possibly as a footnote to the tables. <br />5.
