The Division notes that points
R26-R33 were not included in this reporting period, possibly due to mining progress. The
5000 series of monuments was not surveyed this period as two monitoring episodes during
the first half of 1995 indicate subsidence has ceased in this area.
Please indicate cross-cut locations on structure monitoring forms as the approved monitoring
program relies on distance from the longwall face to determine monitoring frequenry. This
will be more important as mining progresses in the Eastern Mining District.
Please continue to conduct monitoring precisely as required by your approved permit.
Thank you for your continued cooperation. We have no further questions.
Sincer ly,
~~Lt+`_
Kent A. Gorham
Environmental Protection Specialist
cc: Dan Hernandez, DMG
