Since there is <br />little demand for concrete, we have not expended the funds necessary <br />to place this site in operation. <br />The land has not been disturbed by the intended mining operation. <br />We hope that spring of this year may see a turn in economic condi- <br />tions so that excavation can be started this year. Certainly our <br />intent to mine has not changed; sooner or later the property will <br />be mined. <br />Since there is no mine to inspect or an annual report to study, we <br />question whether the $350 annual fee is justified.
