Long <br />Division Director <br />RE: Debetz Pit, Permit No. M-77-283, Annual Fee and Report, Notice of Reason to Believe a <br />Violation Exists <br />Dear County Commissioners: <br />C.R.S. 3432.5-116(3)(a) and (b), 1989 Supp. and Permit No. M-77-283 require you to submit to the <br />Division of Minerals and Geology $550.00 in annual fees and an annual report on ~or before <br />December 21 of each year. As of the date of this letter the Division has not received your annual <br />fee and report for December 21, 1995. Therefore, you are in potential violation of the above cited <br />statute and the provisions of Permit No. M-77-283. <br />If you fail to submit your annual fee and report to our office by June 24, 1996, this matter will be <br />heard at a Formal Public Hearing before the Mined Land Reclamation Board for consideration of <br />possible permit revocation and assessment of civil penalties at the June 26 and 27, 1996 Board <br />Meeting. If you submit the past due annual fee and report by June 24, 1996, we will withdraw this <br />matter from further consideration. <br />IN ORDER TO AVOID PERMIT REVOCATION, AND POTENTIAL CIVIL PENALTIE_'~, PLEASE <br />SUBMIT $550.00 FOR THE ANNUAL FEE AND YOUR ANNUAL REPORT BY JUNI: 24, 1996. <br />The Board Meeting will be held on June 26 and 27, 1996, in Room 318 of 1313 Sherman Street, <br />Denver, Colorado, beginning at 9:00 a.m. or as soon thereafter as the matter can be considered, and <br />you will have the opportunity to be represented and heard. <br />If you have any questions, please contact H.
