Please supplement the report [reference Rule <br />9.09.1(11)(b)] with (1) the date the inspection (s) was conducted; and (2) <br />that, in addition to the purposes of inspecting the fill surface for <br />vegetative efforts, areas of water seepage or surface drainage, and <br />requirements of Rule 9.05.1(11)(a), the fill was inspected for instability, <br />structural weakness, and other hazardous conditions, with observations to <br />that effect.
