Lamm Governor 110 Annual Fee Letter September 4, 1984 Section 34-32-110(4) of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act requires that, "...the Operator shall annually file, on the anniversary date of the permit, a Notice of Intent to Continue Mining Operations. The Notice of Intent shall contain an annual fee of $50.00 and a map or statement that shall indicate: (a) the land affected during the previous year; (b) the _ _ _ __ land to be affected-during the coming year; and-(r)-any land reclaimed - during the preceding year." - PERMITTEE: Builders Aoareaate Comoanv.
