This pit <br />HAS NOT been granted a Temporary Cessation and it HAS operated more than 180 days this <br />year. The Financial Warranty for this operation is $111,500.00, the permitted area is 1239.40 ac. <br />and the pit is divided into 9 Reclamation Phases. <br />Mining has not commenced at this site; we are still working on obtaining local <br />government approval. No annual report map is attached since there is no disturbance to report at <br />this time. Attached is a check number 26593 for $688.00 dollars to cover the annual fee for this <br />year. <br />The effective date of all information in this report is August 1, 2002.
