Agg. Quarry
To whom it may concern:
Our files indicate that the anniversary date for this permit is February 15,
1990. The annual report and map (photo) will be for the period February 15,
1989, to February 12, 1990, or one year.
We will deal specifically with each of the annual report questions, as outlined
in Section 2.41 of the rules and regulations.
2.41
(1) No new lands have been affected. Mining has continued on lands
described in the previous annual reports +J- 100 acres.
(2) No lands have undergone complete reclamation.
(3) Extraction of rock over the previous year has again allowed us to
slope an additional 40 feet of final highwall. This 41) feet
coupled with the 120 completed the previous year give us a total
of approximately 160 feet sloped. The total 160 feet were Needed
in December 1989. Also, there was some reseeding in Decembers 1989
,just East of our scale house.
(4) Last year (April 89), as in previous years, we planted some +/-
11,000 bare-root stock, trees, and shrubs on various iliterim
embankments around the plant site es well es the small sect.ton of
the final highwall. The specific species and numbers planted are
as follows:
100 - Caragana
100 - Chokecherry
100 - Lilac
100 - Native Plum
100 - Sand Cherry
100 - Nanking Cherry
100 - Rose
100 - Siberian Elm
100 - Russian Olive
100 - Austrian Pine
100 - Ponderosa Pine
d~4Fi
"MPM and Safety/A Great Mix"
