Banla. <br />Drvis~on Director <br />On April 17, 1990, the Mined Land Reclamation Division received your annual <br />fee payment in the amount of $50.00 and a brief statement that no report was <br />necessary. According to our records this office has not received an annual <br />report on this operation since May 13, 1987. Submission of the annual report <br />is required by the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act 34-32-116(3) which <br />states: <br />"On the anniversary date of the permit each year, the operator shall <br />submit a report and a map showing the extent of current disturbances to <br />affected land, reclamation accomplished to date and during the preceding <br />year, new disturbances that are anticipated to occur during the upcoming <br />year, and reclamation that will be performed during the upcoming year." <br />The annual report is also required by the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation <br />Rules and Regulations promilgated thereunder. <br />If an annual report is not received within 60 days from the date of this <br />letter, an inspection of the site of this operation will be scheduled to <br />assess compliance.
