Permit No. M-77-526 FEDERAL TAB ID# 84-0517799 Our files indicate that the anniversary date for this permit is March 28th, 1996. The effective date of all information in this report is March 4, 1996. Please refer to the Annual Report Map from 1994 for the location of areas discussed in this report. This pit HAS NOT been granted a Temporary Cessation and it HAS operated more than 180 days this year. This 83. 06 acres ± pit is not a phased operation and the current bond is $70,000. 00. We will deal specifically with each of the Annual Report requirements as outlined in Rule 1. 15 of the Rules and Regulations, and the annual notice letter. (1) No new lands have been disturbed during the last year, we continue to removed materials stockpiled in previous years. The current status of disturbance for the pit is; Lake surface - 40.81 ac. ±; Backfilled - 5. 55 ac. ±; Unmined - 18 . 83 ac. ±; Perimeter Roads - 3.40 ac. ±; Banks and setbacks - 14 .47 ac. ±. These figures are unchanged from last year and there is adequate material left in stockpiles to continue as noted at this time. (2) No reclamation was required during this time period. We are continuing to monitor the revegetation activities done in previous years. (3) We will continue to mine on the southern part of the disturbed area shown as unmined, 18.83 acres. We expect to mine approximately 6.00 acres ± during 1996-97. We will also remove material from the stockpiles as the demand arises.
