C_ UPJ~OQ). <br />ANNUAL REPORT <br />NOTICE OF INTENT TO CONTINUE <br />DATE: March 7, 1997 <br />RE: SCHOMACID3R GRAVEL PIT, M-95-063 <br />~. ~ Q1~51a~ <br />MLR Reclamation Specialist: <br />The Operator (Logan County) files this Notice of Intent to Continue <br />Sand 6 Gravel Operations at the Schumacher Gravel Pit, M-95-063. <br />According to the Revision of November, 1988, an updated map is <br />included as: <br />1) It shows land affected in 1996. Approximately 19,067 <br />cubic yards were mined and paid for; <br />2) It shows reclamation areas to date; <br />3) It shows anticipated mining activity in 1997; <br />4) Land has been reclaimed in the past year (see map for <br />approximate locations).
