I recently contracted Epp & Associates to
conduct the survey, and it is their intention to complete it as soon as possible. Once completed, [can
have Map AR-l, Annual Reclamation Status Map as of 1/I/96 updated with [his data. Likewise, 1 will
update Table AR-1, Cyprus Empire Corporation Disturbance Summary, with this acreage.
CEC did conduct a substantial amount of cleanup work in the storage yards at the site. This certainly has
eliminated a good antoun[ of scrap/trash material that was stored at the site. The Amoco Pipeline was
regraded and the site will be seeded this spring.
if there are questions, please give me a call.
Sincerely,
C%2t~~~2'~.L~' ~~~~~L4~
Richard Mills
Environmental Manager
attachment
fi le: cadocumrnt\empire~95arr.doc
