No new
subsidence cracks were discovered.
The cracks that were discovered and mapped in the fall, which
occur over Section No. 3 Right, have "healed" considerably.
These were the cracks of most concern because they were on a
possible intercept course with the Huntington Ditch. I found no
evidence that these cracks had grown at all.
The cracks that lie over Section No. 3 West have also "healed" to
the point of being difficult to locate.
No cracks were found within 500 feet of the Huntington Ditch.
If you have any questions or comments, please contact Tom Bird at
(303) 385-4606.
Sincerely,~('~
~~ /~ \~,
i~G---
Tom Bird
National King Coal, Inc.
