The mine disturbed areas were surveyed during the quarterly inspections of May <br />15, 1995. Erosion areas on the inslope of Pond 1 have not been repaired as of this date <br />due to frozen ground and now water in the Pond. The erosion of Pond 1 will be repaired <br />as soon as conditions allow. No other rills or gullies of significance were observed on the <br />remainder of reclaimed area.
