We have included an updated copy of <br />our Mining Plan map showing the limits of activity thus far. The annual fee of $550.00 is <br />enclosed. <br />As is shown on our map, the topsoil stockpile area and the affected area have exceeded the pcrmit <br />boundary at two areas adjacent to the southwest portion of the site. The affected area exceeds the <br />limits by about .96 acres. We will be requesting a technical revision for [his at the March <br />meeting of the Board. <br />During the second year of operation, 7.63 acres have been affected. Now that we have exceeded 5 <br />acres of affected area, reclamation of the mined areas will begin. We hope that the enclosed report <br />and map meet your requirements.
