The Division subsequently approved this <br />procedure and Colowyo has taken steps to comply with this <br />commitment. You will recall that we had inspection <br />reports available for your review during yesterday's <br />inspection. Mr. Pendleton has indicated that Rule <br />4.09(1)(11) requires instead, that each required <br />inspection report shall be submitted to the Division <br />within two weeks after the inspection is completed. <br />Colowyo will comply with this requirement and the first <br />inspection report for "removal of all organic material <br />and topsoil" is submitted herein for the Division's <br />records. At your request we have also included an <br />inspection report addressing the issue of monitoring for <br />overall hazardous conditions. <br />2) Colowyo's submittal for the initial Section 16 Fill <br />configuration committed to an investigation into the <br />existence of shallow bedrock at the toe of the fill. <br />Colowyo's commitment to submitting to the Division for <br /> <br />
