PERMIT NO.: 78-102 <br />Pursuant to the requirements stated in Section 1.62 and Section <br />3.4 of the Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land <br />Reclamation Board, we are submitting the following information on our <br />permitted area known as the Shipps Pit <br />During the past year we have mined no material from this area. <br />We currently have stockpiles in the permitted area. <br />We have done no major reclamation, only routine clean-up at the <br />completion of our operations. <br />At the present time we are not sure when the neat operation will <br />commence.
