Dept of Natural Resources
I am sorry that my Notice of Intent to Continue Mining Operations
for the referenced permits caused you some confusion. I used the
prelaw and postlaw terms strictly for the purpose of being more
specific in describing the areas being mined. All of the land
that has been disturbed postlaw or redisturbed postlaw for the
purpose of mining in the referenced permits is included in the
total acreage for those permits.
Areas that were mined prelaw and have been redisturbed solely for
the purpose of reclamation have not been included.in the total
disturbed acreages. As time and monies become available these
areas that were mined prelaw, but are not planned to be mined or
used for the mining of other areas, are being reclaimed.
If you have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact
me.
Sincerely,
ROBINSON BRICK COMPANY
i ~.
Michael G.
