• • iiiiiiiiiiiuiiiiii <br />NOTICE OF INTENT TO CONTINUE <br />PIT NAME: SHIPPS <br />OPERATOR: DIVISION OF HIGHWAYS - STATE OF COLORADO <br />SUBSTANCE MINED: SAND AND GRAVEL <br />DATE: JUNE 23, 1980 <br />Pursuant to the requirements stated in Section 1.62 and Section 3.4 <br />of the Rules and Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation <br />Board, as amended in July of 1978, we are submitting the following <br />information on our permitted area known as the Shipps Pit. <br />We have excavated no material from this area during the past year. <br />However, we do have a small stockpile of approximately 1000 tons that we <br />haul from occasionally. <br />We have done no major reclamation during the past 12 months, and <br />do not plan to do any, other than routine clean up, until our final move <br />out and release of the area. <br />At the present time we are not certain when we will again be <br />working in the pit.
