The Division's concerns have been adequately addressed by Bowie's responses <br />submitted in your letter dated October 10, 1996. As we discussed in our telephone <br />conversation today, Bowie will submit a table containing records of water imported for use <br />within the mine, for the 1996 Annual Mine Inflow Report. The Division acknowledges that <br />accurate records may not be available for the entire 1996 year. However, please submit the <br />available data with the 1996 report, in accordance with the requirements of Stipulation No. <br />29. <br />Thank you for your cooperation.
