The Board made this decision after I informed the <br />Board members of our telephone conversation of the morning of that same <br />day (in which I clarified your confusion concerning the annual fee and <br />report requirements) and told them that you were sending the annual report <br />and fee immediately. I further informed them that I did not feel that <br />this would be a problem in the future. <br />I have received your annual report and annual fee (receipt enclosed) and <br />find them to be adequate.
