Ib'fathews, <br />Attached is one (1) bound copy of the Seneca II-W Mine 2006 Annual Reclamation Report (ARR). As you review this <br />ARR please note that the CDMG Report Form has revised acreages. The II-W mine area was reviewed and revised to <br />accurately portray the categories of activities; the fmal disturbance boundary was revised to match the aerial <br />photography disturbance; permanent roads and ponds were delineated. The total disturbed area has been revised to <br />1,3815 acres. <br />This report contains the 2006 Reclamation Status, the 2006 Soils Report and the 2006 Wildlife Report. The 2006 <br />Revegetadon Monitoring Report will be sent under a separate cover.
