Permit No. 77-153 <br />Our files indicate that the anniversary date for this permit <br />is February 7. This Annual Report will cover the time period <br />February 8, 1986 through May 8, 1987. Please refer to the Annual <br />Report map for the location of areas discussed in this report; the <br />colors correspond with areas colored on the map. <br />We will deal specifically with each of the Annual Report <br />questions as outlined in Section 2.41 of the Rules and Regulations. <br />2.41 (1) Mining continued on the transportation R. O. W, adjacent <br />to the south side of Stage P and within Stage Pon lands <br />previously disturbed. Approximately 4.86 acres ± was <br />mined in the 86/87 season (blue). <br />(2) Of the area mined 4.50 acres ± is lake and will need no <br />further reclamation. <br />(3) The silting backfill continues on the 2.51 acres ± in <br />the northwest part of the property (light brown); 0.59 <br />acres ± of the original 3.10 acres ± has been completed <br />(brown). An additional 1.52 acres ± was backfilled in <br />the southeaster backfill area (brown). <br />Approximately 950 feet of above water sloping was completed <br />this year along the southwest side of the affected <br />lands. This area is currently being used as a staging <br />area for competition water skiers and the slopes above <br />water is nearly flat for 25 feet from the waters edge <br />and is covered with sand (yellow). <br />We have continued to place stabilization structures, <br />i. e. concrete pipes, along approximately 125 feet of the <br />i~ <br />
