At this time, we <br />would usually issue a Notice of Violation for non-payment of the annual fee. In that instance, an <br />automatic civil penalty would be issued equal to the amount of the annual fee ($281 for the Bad Boy <br />Stone site), bringing the total due to $562. <br />If the annual fee and report aze submitted by May 12, 3003, this permit will be in compliance and no <br />Notice of Violation or civil penalty will be issued.
