Past records show that the annual <br />date for the pit is August 3 of each year. The financial warranty for the permit is <br />$83,155 and the total permit area is 183.6 acres, although Eagle County has limited the <br />]0 year operation area to 29.2 acres as shown on the enclosed map. The mining and <br />reclamation plan is not phased. <br />The following information is provided to comply with Rule 2.4.1: <br />(1) Approximately 0.10 acres of new disturbance occurred in the past year. a truck <br />scale and scale house/office trailer has been set up as shown on the enclosed annual <br />report map. Topsoil is being stockpiled along the perimeter as outlined in the permit. <br />Larger scale topsoil stripping and mining will likely occur in September of 2001. <br />(2) No reclamation could be done in the past year since mining has not yet begun. As <br />soon as this area is completely mined, the area will be reclaimed. <br />
