Permit C-022-81 contains designs for <br />the Elk Creek Underground Development Waste Disposal Area. <br />The waste disposal area is being constructed under my super- <br />vision. This waste disposal area has been inspected and is <br />being constructed as specified in the design approved by <br />the division.
