Due to the phasing and shifting
material requiremalts, there is often considerable overlap..between operational
areas of the c~rent year and the next year. Bonded areas are planned to pro-
vide coverage for several years in the future, thus providing marguz for
operational flexibility.
Please iZOte that the reports for the Portland quarry and the Boettcher Limestone
Quarry call for bonding revision with a total of 216 acres added to the existing
band. If, after review ,of o~ reconmendations, you concur, please advise us of
the individual quarry airoimts. Ideal will then arrange a single bond adjustment
to cover the total am~>s>t as was done with surety on the orio nal percm.ts.
Sincerely,
~~
Paul E.
