The results from this analysis as well
as the field tests taken are attached hereto. These monitoring
stations are at the following locations:
H-1 surface Water station located along Hubbard Creek
H-10 Groundwater well located near Hubbard Creek
B-6 Groundwater well located near Bear Creek
During 1990, there was no discharges from any of the permitted
locations on the Somerset Mine Property. Attached hereto are
copies of the quarterly discharge reports submitted to the Colorado
Department of Health for the discharge points located on the
property.
In 1990, the Somerset Mine property had no mining operations.
Therefore there was no inflows or outflows form the mine during the
year.
After evaluating all of the data available to us, it is
managements's opinion that our operations had no effect on either
the ground or surface water during 1990.
Sincerely,
Somerset Mining Company
Basil R.
