Location and number of acres affected: No additional areas were disturbed during 1987, maintaining the total disturbed acreage at 125.42. 2. Locations and number of acres reclaimed for year; total 7.88 acres. Area #13, Miscellaneous Access Roads, work cort~leted on 2.17 acres. Area #15, Heater Treater and Load-out Facility, total of 1.96 acres reclaimed. Area #17, Exhaust Stack, work completed on entire 3.00 acres. Area #19, Surface Process Control, work completed on 0.50 acres. Area #20, Topsoil Stockpile, work completed on entire 0.25 acres. 3. Location and number of acres currently under reclamation; total 0.00 acres. Initial reclamation efforts on additional remaining "disturbed areas" will begin as further facilities removal allows. 4. Vegetative restocking species, locations, and dates of planting for item #2 above. All areas were seeded following recontouring operations with the approved mixture in Exhibit E-Reclamation Plan. This mixture was fortified with the addition of shrub seeds in lieu of transplant turberlings as approved by letter C+ff.RD; CBM, 7/7/86. This seeding was initiated in September 1987 and completed in October 1987. 5. On the areas mentioned in #2 and #4 above, commercial fertilizer was spread at the prescribed rate after recontouring was completed during the Eall of 1987. 6. Formal success ratios on all areas revegetated since 1980 generally show that the grass species establish well except in those areas alongside the main L.W. road which are subject to over-grazing by cattle; primarily in the spring. To alleviate this problem; the affected disturbed areas were "fenced in" during the spring of 1987 with additional fencing to occur in the Spring of 1988. 7.
