No water quality data is
submitted with the annual report and there is no discussion of water quality.
I have broken my comments into two sections, surface water and alluvial water
with recommendations following. Emphasis is placed on comparison of predicted
effects of mining with actual data available. Since this mine is somewhat new
to both of us, I have also tried to summarize what their baseline program
consisted of and how it has changed since commencement of mining.
/t h
cc: Joe Oliver
Ed Bischoff
Enclosure
Doc.
