The need for this check is set forth in the first <br />attachment, your letter to the operator dated July 1, 1985. Would <br />you please apply this appropriately. <br />I attach a second letter further for your reterence in order to <br />note that on or before August 7, 1985, an application for an <br />amended permit will be submitted and additional fees at that time <br />will be paid. I have discussed this matter with Jim McArdle, and <br />it relates to the $50.00 fee and that perhaps payment of this <br />could have been deferred until August 7, 1985. In order that <br />matters are handled as they arise, $SU.00 is enclosed, so, as to <br />the accounting and payment of annual fees, the operator whom I <br />represent will be current. <br />It you have any questions or concerns about this, please do not <br />hesitate to call. <br />With best regards, <br />DONALD E.
