The <br />lifts are dozed uniformly across the Waste Disposal Area and are <br />well compacted with the dozer. The side slopes of the compacted <br />waste match the existing slopes of the Waste Disposal Area. <br />In performing the inspection, we accomplished a survey of the en- <br />tire Waste Disposal Area. The Area can be plotted and informa- <br />tion provided regarding actual size and slope, volume, etc. if <br />required. <br />I, E. LeRoy Black, P.E. & L.S. 10513, a Registered Professional <br />Engineer in the State of Colorado, do hereby certify that I have <br />inspected the Waste Disposal Area at the Somerset Mine and that <br />construction of the Waste Disposal Area is in compliance with <br />Somerset Mine Permit C-022-81.
