We have not received a reply to ovr recent letter and follow-up request
to submit annual fees in the amount of S 250.00 to keep the permit
for your mining operation current.
Since you have not provided us with any information that would change
the debt, the amount owed must be paid in accordance with the Colorado
. Mined Land Reclamation Act, Article 32 of Title 34, C.R.S. 1973, as
amended. By not answering ottr' request, you will Hake it necessary for
us to refer the debt to the State of Colorado Attorney General for
collection action.
Please make your check or money order payable to: The Colorado Division
of Mined Land Reclamation.
Also, to keep us advised of the progress of your reclamation activity,
along with the annual fees, please send the following if you have not
done so already:
Notice of Sntent to Continue Mining Operations that indicated: (a)
the land affected during. previous year; (b) the land to be affected
during the coming year; and (c) any Land reclaimed during the preceding
year.
Please complete and return the enclosed form with your fees and/or
reclamation data.
