Cattany <br /> Division Direttar <br />RE: Annuai Fee -Prather Pit, File No. M-1977-136 <br />Dear Mr. Leeper: <br />The annual fee in the amount of $688 for the above-referenced pit was due by February 23, 2003. <br />To date, we have not received the annual fee payment for the Prather Pit. At this time, we would <br />usually issue a Notice of Violation for non-payment of the annual fee. In that instance, an automatic <br />civil penalty would be issued equal to the amount of the annual fee ($688 for the Prather Pit), <br />bringing the total due to $1,376. <br />If the annual fee and report are submitted by May 12, 3003, this permit will be in compliance and no <br />Notice of Violation or civil penalty will be issued.
