The operator was agreeable to <br />conducting visual surveys and submitting a report but although, I <br />quoted him your stipulation, he was unsure exactly what the <br />Division expects in this report. <br />All I am requesting from you is a detailed explanation of what you <br />and Jim Pendleton decided should be included in this report in a <br />form that Erica can direct to the operator. Part of the operator's <br />distress stems from the fact that they are undermining areas with <br />steep cliffs and inaccessible surface.
